Aaron Berryman

Mr. Aaron Berryman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University in 2016. After a year in accounting, he followed his true passion for teaching. His journey began with the Medford Oregon School District, where he worked closely with Special Education students in kindergarten through sixth grade, offering tutoring in math, reading, and writing.

In 2018, Mr. Aaron sought new horizons and moved to Washington as an Assistant Teacher at Evergreen Academy Montessori School. During the 2022-2023 academic year, he assumed the role of Assistant Pre-K Teacher at Bellevue Children’s Academy. In addition to his classroom responsibilities, Mr. Aaron extended his expertise to tutoring students ranging from Kindergarten to High School in Reading, Writing, and Math.

Having worked with diverse abilities, Mr. Aaron finds immense fulfillment in witnessing children flourish. He takes pride in guiding them in core subjects and nurturing their creativity and independence through art and science projects that they proudly share with their families.

Mr. Aaron remains devoted to his professional growth in Early Childhood Education. His unwavering commitment to his vocation brings him great joy as he supports families and their children daily. He expresses profound gratitude for the opportunity to be part of the Radiance Learning Academy, where he can continue to pursue his lifelong dream of teaching.

Beyond his six years in teaching, Mr. Aaron has volunteered as a teacher for numerous years. He is a dedicated husband and father, celebrating almost 15 years of marriage to his wife, Catherine. Together, they have raised three industrious children.

In his leisure time, Mr. Aaron finds solace in reading diverse subjects. He derives deep satisfaction from serving his church community and has been an avid painter and drawer since he was 16. His artistic prowess has garnered recognition, including a first-place award in California for landscape painting and two Best of Show awards for his exceptional oil paintings.
