Bayley Lawrence

Meet Ms. Bayley Lawrence, the dedicated and passionate director of Radiance Learning Academy! Ms. Bayley's wealth of educational experience and personal background makes her an exceptional fit for our community.

Ms. Bayley grew up in the area and attended the University of Washington, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in biology. She then went to Western Washington University for graduate school, receiving her Master's in Teaching. Ms. Bayley has worked with children for many years and has been with Radiance Learning Academy since October 2020. As a former high school science teacher of nine years, Ms. Bayley has taught in diverse schools in California and southern Washington. Her experience working with younger kids includes co-running an academic-based afterschool program for children in grades K-5 and Teaching kindergarten and 1st grade here at Radiance.

One of Ms. Bayley's strengths and passions is connecting with kids in fun, engaging ways, making learning enjoyable, and appreciating everyone's unique gifts. As a director, she is very organized and responsive. Ms. Bayley's calling has always been teaching; she believes that working with kids is what she was meant to do.

In her free time, Ms. Bayley enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with her niece and nephew. She is excited to be part of a tight-knit community at Radiance Learning Academy, where everyone knows everyone in a personable way. Ms. Bayley believes we all support and care about each other and want the best for all students and staff. As a team, we constantly strive to create a top-notch program and work hard to ensure everyone thrives and succeeds.
