Karin Kletter

Meet Ms.Karin Kletter, the passionate and experienced kindergarten teacher who fosters curiosity, creativity, and imagination in her students. Ms.Karin is a bilingual educator with a B.A. in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior from the University of Washington and a master's in social work from the University of Michigan. With over 15 years of experience working with children from infancy to middle school, Karin has been a Kindergarten and School-Aged Lead Teacher and has led phonics and STEM programs. She also has experience in behavioral observation and management as a 3rd-grade teacher at a Jewish religious school.

Karin's goal as a teacher is to create a positive, safe, and engaging environment catering to each student's needs and strengths. She appreciates the small class sizes and diverse curriculum at Radiance Learning Academy, which allows her to provide more individualized attention and hands-on experiences to foster expanded growth of learning and understanding.

Outside of work, Karin enjoys hiking, cooking, reading, spending time with loved ones, and discovering a new interest in drawing and painting. As part of the Radiance Learning Academy community, Karin is committed to providing students with a well-rounded education that prepares them to become future leaders.
