Welcome to our enrollment page. We are excited to welcome new families to our facility and invite you to schedule an initial visit with us before enrollment. This visit allows parents, guardians, children, and providers to become familiar with our program, facility, and teaching approach. During this visit, you will meet our  Director and staff and tour our facility. We will also discuss our policies, procedures, and expectations.

 

To enroll, parents/guardians should apply online through our Brightwheels application. All registration forms must be completed before a child can start with us, and classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the date the center has a record of receiving deposits. The child's name will be added to a waiting list if classes are full. An initial registration fee is required to reserve a space for your child.

 

The State of Washington and our program require that all necessary documents are completed before the child's first day of child care. We understand that many essential forms must be filled out, and we are here to support you. Please submit your student's certificate of immunization form. If your child has special needs, provide documentation from your doctor, especially for allergies, medications, and seizures.

 

All fees and tuition must be paid by the first working day of the month. A thirty-day written notice is required for a change in a child's enrollment status to ensure adequate staffing and maintain legal child-to-staff ratios. When approved by the Director, schedule changes become effective at the beginning of the month, and clients must provide the Director notice of their schedule change requests by the 15th of the previous month.

 

We understand that there may be exceptions and unforeseen circumstances, and we are here to work with you to accommodate them. If you need to change your student's enrollment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as job loss, please discuss this with our Director, who will work with you to make an exception.
